Urgent..... scam possibility...PLEASE READ

Please be aware that you might be called a finance lender that is not associated with the Surgery Finance Center, to entice you out of money if you have bad credit and submit an application to them for financing.

You will be told that they have exhausted all possibilities of obtaining financing for you because your credit is below the requirements of their lenders. However, they claim to have one lender left that has an 80% chance of financing your loan request. They will stress this “80% fact”. The only stipulation they inform you is that this “Lender” requires an upfront $35 or $50.00 dollar fee to process your application and will ask you to pay by credit card or check. When you call them back for your application results, you will be told *sorry!, You are in the 20% that can not be financed. They of course will keep your money. THERE IS NO SUCH LENDER. THIS IS A SCAM.

If you are called and this option is pitched to you, let them send you the application with the money request, (this will be your proof of the scam) then call The U.S. Office of Financial Regulation, your State office of Financial Regulation and your State Attorney (FL # is 954-958-5508) General's office division of False and Deceptive practices to report this to them and forward them the documents that were sent to you. They are aware of this scam.

Your attorney can advise you as to any other recourse you might take to get your money back and can check to see if there might be a class action suit pending against this lender.

If you have been a victim, It is understood that the credit bureau records, phone records and credit card records can be subpoenaed to obtain times when applications were submitted to credit bureaus, and the victims names from the credit card company they use to process your card. If you have been victimized by this scam, you can call the agencies above and they will take your complaint.
